Mr. Shubham Ghosh, Managing Director is spearheading the future growth plan for Elite Infrastructure. He articulates a clear vision with a focus on improving operational efficiency. His inspiration is his father Mr. Ghosh, Founder & Chairman Emeritus from whom he has learnt not to compromise on values.
Mr. Shubham Ghosh motivation, enthusiasm, and intense commitment are crucial ingredients in directing his personal energy towards ensuring that Elite Infrastructure’s efforts have an impact.
The charismatic leader has been with the company, now a listed enterprise, in a variety of roles for 15 years and in this time has seen it develop from a building construction firm to one that is a trusted name in infrastructure – including Buildings, Transportation, Water & Environment, Irrigation, Electrical (T&D), Railways Mining and Bridges. Mr. Shubham Ghosh is one who believes in quality over quantity.

Tushar Kanti Sarkar, Managing Director
Construction is in our blood, it is not our business; it is our passion. Since our humble beginning in 2020, Elite Infrastructure.
He is a self-made man with a dynamic engineering background with more than 20 years’ experience in the field on civil engineering. He is the managing director of the firm Elite Infrastructure which he established in the year 2020 in West Bengal. Since 2020, it has been a story of unprecedented growth, and his leadership was instrumental in scripting the success story.

He is well known in the industry for his great oratory skills and out of the box engineering ideas for problems. He is an ardent believer of timely delivery, quality output and innovative solutions.

Even after being busy with his commitments, he harmoniously manages perfect balance between personal and professional life.

He coordinates and supervise the building of all types of residential, commercial, industrial, and civic structures — from roads to bridges, and office buildings to factories. As a construction manager he has a deep understanding of all facets of the building process, from the initial planning and foundational work through to project completion. His job is to oversee a lot of moving pieces at once, and keep the project on track, on time, and on budget. Since he acts as the intermediary between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory personnel, he also has excellent communication and leadership skills and attention to detail.
He is a member of Civil Engineering society, Structural engineers’ association, Indian Roads Congress, Indian Building Congress, etc.His vision is so simple to be a world class construction company committed and establish a much stronger foothold amongst our other respected competitors. Last but not the least, with a wonderful army of our clients and workforce, we aim to expand at a healthy pace in the years ahead by adhering to our habit of timely deliveries within the budgets.
