Prof. Swami is working on the post of Assistant professor and Structural Engineer in department of architecture in various colleges. He is also member of Indian Society of Structural Engineer. He has been in practice from last 9 years in RCC structures and structural audits and has been 6 years of experience in the field of education. He has published 5 research papers international level and currently working on 2 more research papers. Prof. Swami has experience in RCC design of large multi NABH norms and residential building, bungalow, villas and commercial buildings etc. He is a adviser & mentor of planning and designing of various RCC structures in MNC company. Almost more than 15 hospitals, residential and commercials projects He is a adviser, mentor and knowledge sharer in our Elite Infrastructure company.

Ranjan is currently accountable for timely delivery of multiple projects wherein more than 40 engineers are working under his guidance.
